I am a coffee nerd. I really love it and am always trying to learn more about it. A good shot of espresso is hard to pull. You need skill. A great cappuccino is even more difficult to construct than a shot (or so a local barista said). This is a great article on the cappuccino: it’s origins, it’s composition and it’s goodness.
